Book your free call

Use the Calendly link to book your free, 15-minute phone call so we can figure out how to best help you. You can also book sessions in 30 or 60-minute slots, and meditation sessions in 15-minute slots. If the times available don't work with your schedule, send us an email and we'll find a time that works for you!

How to use Calendly: Select "Schedule a Meeting," then choose the type of meeting you want. Next, choose your appointment time and submit your payment via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. Payments must be received before your session begins. Liability waiver must be signed before your session begins.

 

Group sessions, in-person services, and guest speaker reservations are available upon request.

If you are hearing impaired or have any other varied ability with which you prefer a mode of communication other than a phone call, please contact us via email for accommodations.
